In the whole Hillary Clinton Investigation, there was always a hint of malpractice by James Comey for many reasons.

As part of its investigation into his firing by President Trump, which occurred on May 9, the Senate Judiciary Committee has obtaineddamning memosfromJamesComey.
These documents are drafts of a statement exonerating Hillary Clinton BEFORE all the witnesses, INCLUDING Clinton, had been interviewed.
Dailycaller.com reports, the revelation that Comey had begun drafting memos of his exoneration statement comes from transcripts of interviews given last fall by two FBI officials.
James Rybicki, Comey’s chief of staff, and Trisha Anderson, the principal deputy general counsel of national security and cyberlaw at the FBI, gave the interviews as part of an investigation conducted by the Office of Special Counsel into the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email investigation.
In a July 5, 2016, press conference, Comey said that he would not be recommending charges against Clinton for mishandling classified information despite her use of a private email server as secretary of state.
Exoneration Was Pre-Planned
While the transcripts of those interviews are heavily redacted, they indicate that Comey started working on an announcement clearing Clinton in April or May of last year, before the FBI interviewed 17 witnesses in the case, including Clinton and some of her top aides.
Clinton was interviewed for several hours on July 2, just three days before Comey’s announcement.
In a letter to the FBI, Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham also noted that Comey’s draft was prepared even before two Clinton aides, Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, had reached what the two Republicans called a “highly unusual” immunity deal with the Justice Department.
The limited immunity deal prohibited investigators and prosecutors from asking about conversations between the two Clinton aides and Platte River Networks, a Denver-based tech firm that maintained Clinton’s server after she left the State Department.
Complete And Impartial Investigation?
Grassley and Graham questioned whether Comey could have conducted a complete and impartial investigation if he had already made a conclusion about the outcome before all of the information in the case had been collected.
“Conclusion first, fact-gathering second — that’s no way to run an investigation,” Grassley and South Graham wrote the FBI. “The FBI should be held to a higher standard than that, especially in a matter of such great public interest and controversy.”
“The outcome of an investigation should not be prejudged while FBI agents are still hard at work trying to gather the facts,” they added.
In the wake of the massive hurricane destruction in Houston, Joel Osteen’s very large Lakewood Church was not immediately made available to the millions of citizens who were displaced by the flooding.

So, his claim is, the church was experiencing flooding early in the process, & they were making sure the water had receded to accept the evacuees.

When his interviewer refuted his dubious claim by citing the videos exposing the truth & asked him if he had a specific timeline for opening, Osteen replied,
Well, the plans were fluid. It was a crazy time. We never know it was gonna be this much, so, you know… Our goal is to never turn anybody away. If somebody did, I haven’t seen the video, they should not have.
Anybody is welcome to come, & anybody should have been welcome to come. And if they were turned away, it was a security company or something, but…
Understand too, we didn’t have all the staff here, & our people work & live here as well. So, it’s kind of difficult all the way.
I will not judge this pastor on his motives, but I WILL critique his leadership skills in this crisis.
If Joel Osteen did not have the managerial understanding to be ready from the start, he deserves the criticism.
According to evidence, it was very clear that his facility was above the water line, & could have accepted people. So, why would he talk about waiting out the flood recession?
THEN, he blames a security company for keeping folks out.
It seems to me, if he is the leader of that ministry, he should have been in control of all operations in & around that building, INCLUDING SECURITY.

Fox News reports, Two Cuban diplomats were kicked out of the Washington embassy by the State Department after a number of mysterious incidents forced U.S. officials in Cuba to return home with “a variety of physical symptoms,” State Department officials said Wednesday.
The Cuban diplomats were ordered to leave the U.S. on May 23, the officials said.
State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert said the first incident occurred late last year and more incidents followed, prompting the Americans to leave the island and the department to act against the Cuban diplomats in the U.S.
It’s curious, the problems started at the same time Trump was elected to the Presidency, prompting speculation that Cuba is preparing for conflict with the new Presidential Administration. The Marxists are crafting their continued strategy to stop any American advances against their totalitarian agenda around the globe.
Nauert confirmed the report Wednesday during a briefing. She did not go into details but did say Cuba has been reminded of its obligation under the Geneva Convention to protect foreign diplomats. She said the department is looking into the matter.
“One of the things we talk about here often is that the safety and security of American citizens, at home and abroad, is our top priority,” she said. “We’re taking that situation seriously, and it’s under investigation right now.”
