OBAMA'S NEXT FOUR

Here is a little glimpse into the next four years if Barack Obama wins this 2012 election, & the American people will not be happy about this.

We must look at the entire machine of government to understand the stakes of this political season, & not merely the results of the Presidential election. While it is fun to imagine that your agendas can be realized if your candidate gets the job, it is largely an exercise in futility.

It has been projected that the U.S. Senate will likely be controlled by the Republicans throughout the next four years, & the House of Representatives will continue to be dominated by the elephants as well. What does this mean for an Obama Presidency in the next few years? It means an increasing climate of gridlock, where the two factions will not work together & nothing is accomplished.

There are many critics who would ask how Bill Clinton was able to forge an alliance with the Republican controlled Congress & create a budget surplus along with much needed entitlement reforms. The answer is, Slick Willy is a pragmatist who took the necessary steps to protect his legacy. Although Billy did possess a set of values that stood in opposition to conservative beliefs, he was willing to reach across the aisle & compromise, so he could get some of the things he wanted.

You might ask yourself, "Why can't Obama be just like Clinton? If you have paid attention in the past four years, you can answer your own question.

You see:

We served with Bill Clinton. We knew Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton was a friend of ours. Mr. Obama, you are no Bill Clinton.

In the first two years of his presidency, Barack had the Congress in his back pocket, with a sufficient Democrat majority in both houses. He used his power to ram the liberal progressive agenda down America's throat, as we witnessed in the Obamacare debacle. He showed no interest in working with Republicans, & would not even think to adopt any conservative plans to fix our health care issues or get our jobless citizens back to work.

The scariest part is, The Democrats had total control, & could have seized the opportunity to use ALL resources available in saving our economy, but instead, Obama & the Democrats chose to pass their progressive pet projects, which were nothing more than social experiments gone bad. Obama gave $90 billion to his "green energy" factions, which yielded only bankruptcy & more debt to the American taxpayer. Incidentally, compare this amount to the less than $3 billion in tax subsidies given annually to the Oil industry, which has a track record of actually providing reliable & efficient energy to America.

In 2010, just two years after the President won the White House, the House of  Representatives was overtaken by the Republicans, & the Democrat dominated Senate lost much of its power, as the Democrats lost a few critical seats. NOW, we can take a glimpse into Barack's ability to bring all sides together, since he was incapable of steamrolling his left wing agenda throughout the land. What did we get? NOTHING. Obama continues to defend his own ideologies wholly against any other ideas, & will not extend a hand to work with his opposition. Much worse, he repeatedly blames his opponents in Congress for the gridlock, even though the Republicans have offered common sense plans for this country with some bipartisan support.

If you believe Obama will somehow change his behavior & begin to work with a Republican Congress, show me your evidence. The President has shown NO desire to compromise in his first term, in varying congressional conditions, so why should we give him the chance to do so for another critical four years while America burns?...

Clinical psychologists would diagnose Obama as terminally narcissistic. He is so arrogant, he can't lower himself to adopt any idea that he didn't espouse or design himself. This is evidenced by a recent statement he made when passing an intrusive executive decision. He said he had to make a decision because Congress wouldn't act. This runs against our system based on the Constitution, but Obama has shown complete disdain & disregard for our sacred document. When Congress shows a lack of mobility, it is the President's responsibility to immerse himself within their ranks to affect the necessary change, NOT to erase their authority with a tyrannical caveat.

Our founding fathers designed these Constitutional checks & balances in order to avoid the dictatorial nature of their former country. The foundation of America is freedom for the people, with government as their bond servants. We created a system that makes it very difficult for government to pass laws, which avoids hasty & oppressive dictates, as it should be. Obama stands in direct opposition to this paradigm, & therefore against the American people.

I believe gridlock within government is necessary at critical times, but only to the extent that it blocks laws perilous to our freedom. Statistics show, nearly twice as many Americans prefer a government that works together to solve our issues, with careful deliberation & due diligence. Mitt Romney has a proven track record of working with his opponents in government, & we would be wise to trust that he will do the same as President.  It is my hope that We The People will pursue our happiness on the Constitutional path of Romney's vision for a safe, effective government.

As we learn from the past four years, what can we expect from Barack Obama in his next four. You can count on countless more failed, expensive social experimentation & dangerous executive orders. Let's not give Obama four more years, let's give him & his family four airline tickets, in coach seating, back to Chicago...
