Not only was this official in charge of the JFK operation, but he was responsible for the placement of nuclear missiles in Cuba.

As a teen who answered directly to Fidel Castro, Julio Antonio was in direct, prolonged conversations with all of these conspirators, including Fidel Castro, Che Guevara, & most shockingly, Lee Harvey Oswald. 

There was also another enigmatic figure in attendance who might help connect the dots, named Jacob Leon Rubenstein - But you know him better as Jack Ruby.
